CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
At VIQ, customer’s satisfaction is always one of our top priority. Every parcel is examined and checked before sending out to our valuable customers. However, in the event where an item(s) is found damaged/defected due to our cause, we do accept returns and we will replace you a new item at no additional cost.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
There are 2 return options:
- Return via Postal Service
- Return in one of our own Retail Store (free returns)
You can return your online order within 7 days of receiving your order. Here’s how to do it:
- Contact our Customer Service team 05-280728 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Fill up the return form attached with your parcel
- Enclose the return form into your return parcel and seal.
- Proceed to the nearest post office to post back your returns.
- Take note of the tracking number provided by the postal service as reference.
- Upon arrival and processing of your returns, you will be credited an online voucher of your product returned to repurchase on our website.

We highly advise our customers to use registered post (with tracking number) as ViQ Apparel Sdn Bhd will NOT be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
In-Store Returns (free returns)
Simply leave the product in one of our stores and our team will process the return for you.
Please be sure to bring along your proof of order (Invoice/Confirmation Email). Please be notified that we can only accept returns according to our return policy.

WHAT ARE THE TERMS & CONDITIONS?
You can return your order within 7 days of receiving it. The returned goods/products will be checked with the proof of order together. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any returns. Please refer to the terms and conditions below:
The Item is further referred to as, “Returned Item(s)”:
- The Item must be in original state and packaging with all tags attached.
- The Item must be returned with original receipt/invoice.
- The Item must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- The Item must be of full price and not promotional/discounted items.
- The exchange transit(postage) cost will be borne by the customer unless specified*.
- In the event where The Item is out of stock, you may select another item from our website.
VIQ Apparel reserves the right to refuse any exchanges.
*Reasons whereby transit cost(postage) will be credited back: items delivered are defected/damaged or the item received differs from the purchase order.
WHEN WILL I GET REFUNDED?
Refunds will be processed as soon the Item is returned and inspected by our QC team. Once it is confirmed that it fits within our returns policy, it will take at least 48 working hours for the returned online voucher to be sent to you via email. Or you may check your online account under “
Please note that our refunds/returns are in terms of online voucher only. We do not perform any cash refunds.
CAN I GET CASH REFUND ?
Sorry, we do not offer cash refunds. All refunds are in the form of online coupon.
WHAT IS AN ONLINE COUPON?
Online coupon is a online code that will be sent to your registered email. It is a code that can be used as currency on our website to make purchases.
IS THERE AN EXPIRY DATE FOR ONLINE COUPON(EXCHANGES)?
To avoid disappointment whereby stock/color/size that you would like to exchange may be finished, customers are encouraged to use exchange online code within 7 days of issuance.
HOW DO I USE MY ONLINE COUPON?
- Retrieve coupon code in your registered email.
- Add item(s) into your cart.
- Click ‘check cart’.
- Input code at ‘coupon code’ box and click ‘apply coupon’.
- Please make sure you have inputted the correct code to have it properly deducted off your subtotal.
